Energy plays a fundamental role in today's society and is often under appreciated. It is essential for providing transportation and the goods and services we enjoy on a daily basis. In order to progress and enhance society, cheap and affordable energy is an essential ingredient.
Our post-COVID society has created many constraints on supplies, one of which is labor. This is one of the leading reasons that energy companies claim demand is not being adequately met and is causing high energy prices. The purpose of this recruitment agency is to open up unique networks to those offering and seeking jobs. We believe that the larger issue is not the lack of talent, but that the people are not being connected with the appropriate opportunities.

Niels is the primary recruiter at Energy Recruiting. He is an energy expert with experience working as an engineer in all corners of North America and in over 8 countries. Niels' expertise extends from working with many of the largest and most respected oil and gas operators, to working for well-respected consultants. This experience gives Niels a unique and world-wide network to be tapped into. Niels is a proud graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering and an M.S. in Mineral and Energy Economics. Niels speaks 4 languages - English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Arabic. Niels currently works for Continental Resources as a Reservoir Engineer.
Saba Sadiq
Partner
Saba is a current undergraduate student majoring in Petroleum Engineering at University of Wyoming’s College of Engineering and Physical Sciences; with a technical diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology from SAIT’s MacPhail School of Energy. Supplementing his educational background, Saba has experience working in the upstream oil and gas industry - both in Canada and the United States. With experience working with leading Canadian oil and gas producers, oilfield services providers, and cutting-edge university energy research labs. Through these experiences and his active involvement with industry organizations Saba maintains strong connections to the oil and gas industry in Canada and beyond. Saba most recently was supporting one of the world’s largest thermal in-situ bitumen recovery operations out in Cold Lake, Alberta Canada; as a Reservoir Engineering Student with Imperial Oil Resources.
